ABOUT THE AUTHOR

I've probably been drawing longer than I have been talking. The self-portrait on the left was often my trademark in school, only many times it involved a teacher, and had worse things than pencils sticking out of its head.

Although I would like to be a cartoonist, my desire to eat prevents me from pursuing it fulltime. In the meantime, I keep employed as a computer analyst.

As for my cartooning achievements, I managed to appear in King Features,
The New Breed, over a dozen times, took second place in the Universal Press Strip Search contest in the comic strip category, and third place in the comic panel category. My crowning moment, however, came early in my life when I won a Schwinn bicycle in Kellog's, Stick Up for Breakfast contest
